2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & Security

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of applicable KYC checks. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit cvo999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by cvo999's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

10.1 Amendments

cvo999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, cvo999 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent on-site notice at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. For minor or non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or administrative updates), cvo999 may update the Terms without advance notice.
